11:00-12:00: Walk the shop floor
12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch (often with customers or staff)
1:00-1:30: Materials planning/procurement
1:30-2:30: Carry out action items on ‘to-do' list
2:30-4:00: Meeting preparation and operational planning
After 4:00: Review ‘to-do' list
