Technical SkillsTechnical skills are extremely important. We are dealing with pharmaceutical products and you need to have a good background in science, not only to formulate products but to analyze the products, to understand product improvements, the effect that slight changes would have on a product formulation.
All those sort of things require a technical background. You have to be able to explain your product and put together product monographs and scientific information for the regulatory authorities to evaluate your product.
