Hands-On Leader

We work as a team and though I'm the team leader, the one who's setting the direction, I'm not the person who's doing all of the daily things. But it is my signature on the final result.

People are often surprised at how many times they'll see my signature on things. I sign all of our internal procedures and our internal validation reports.

I'm still very much hands-on and very much involved in the direction of that aspect of our business.
