Work Chose Me

I don't know that I actually chose this line of work. In university I studied microbiology, which is more genetically focused. My first job and all of my summer jobs leading up to full time employment just happened to be in quality assurance in the food industry.

Quality assurance is quality assurance. It's all the same principles - all logic and common sense and you can apply them anywhere. There may be some specifics that differ because of the products you're dealing with, but the basic principals are the same.

It just made a lot of sense to me. I enjoyed it.
