Time for Play

The work environment here is good. We like to have fun. We know there's a time to do business, but we also know there's a time to play. There's a social committee that sets up different events throughout the year.

We don't want people just tied to their desk, trudging away. They're not going to be the most productive people. If they can't express themselves and let off some steam then you're not going to get the best out of them.
