Thrive on Pressure

This is a very high pressure job. I'm responsible for people's jobs and livelihoods in addition to being responsible for the daily business and the compliance aspects and getting the sales out the door.

But I thrive on that aspect of the job. I don't think I'd be in this position if I didn't. I don't think anybody could be for any amount of time.

I'm also very driven and very focused on details. In the compliance area, details are very important, so being able to focus on them is absolutely critical.
