Evening shift can be quite hectic. We have a lot more help on the day shift.

Often you're running around constantly. Somebody wants his machine fixed because he's got orders that need to get out and a guy on the other end of the plant has a problem and wants you to go there.

So you learn to use your own judgment based on what you think is the priority. It's hectic, but it's really not a stressful job.
