NegotiatingSometimes operators or supervisors don't want to give up their machines for maintenance because they have deadlines to meet.
We have to negotiate with them and say "Okay, if you don't give us this machine and this particular part fails it's going to end up being down for a lot longer. Why not just give it to us now for an hour or two?"
Basically they're pretty cooperative if we can negotiate with them.
