My employer has a great professional development program and there are a variety of training opportunities available to me. There are things I'm required to take, but I'm also looking at courses to help me with mentoring people and managing people through change.
I'd also like to balance my human resources skills by adding to my technical skills with a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer program.
