Changed My Plan

I got my degree in clothing and textiles but I took additional textile courses to learn more about fabric testing and about how different fibres work.

I also took marketing courses because, like everyone else, I wanted to be a buyer. Buyers travel all over the world, get paid lots of money and get to see the best fashions.

But when I finished my degree, I realized I really wanted to stay in Manitoba and there aren't many retail buyers based in Winnipeg.
