"There's the CITT, which is the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. If somebody feels that there should be duties taken off of either a fabric or a commodity coming into Canada because Canadians don't make it anymore, they will actually go through a hearing process.
"I was actually quite lucky to work on one of those for Western Glove. My report went to Ottawa so now that is actually legislation and it's in the Canada Customs Rulings."
